Jaehyeon Lim investigates the formal language of pleats, translating their inherent qualities of flexibility and rhythm into ceramic structures. Through the interaction of digital processes and manual intervention, his works negotiate between softness and rigidity. By reconfiguring the expectations of material behaviour, he opens a dialogue on movement, transformation, and the vitality of matter.
